Rachel:  
As treatment coordinator, she has the privilege of meeting all of our new family members while assisting Dr. Young with our new patient consultations. Rachel has enjoyed working with Dr. Young for over 6 years, bringing over 15 years of prior dental experience with her to help her in her role as treatment coordinator! Orthodontics is one of Rachel’s passions…she has had braces several times, so she loves the opportunity to help people understand their treatment plan and provide education to make the process even that much easier to begin! Customer service is one of her top priorities, so if you have any questions or concerns, she’s the one to contact. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children while also getting outdoors in her free time!
Diana:  
As financial coordinator, she takes care of the insurance billing and maintains all accounts and reports. Diana has enjoyed working with Dr. Young for the past 3+ years, bringing with her over 20 years of previous experience. She has had the opportunity to work in both the clinical area and front office positions through the years, so she can answer just about any question you may have. Her spare time is spent with her husband and visiting her grandchildren as often as possible.!
Tracie:  
As our scheduling coordinator, Tracie has the pleasure of scheduling and organizing appointments for our patient’s and greeting you over the phone with her contagious smile! Although some say this is the most challenging job in the office, Tracie loves what she does. She has been working with Dr. Young for 4+ years, bringing 5 years of experience with her. Her niece and nephew keep her busy in her spare time, when not singing karaoke!
Jennifer:  
Was first introduced to the orthodontic field by her older sister and has enjoyed every minute of her 10+ year career with Dr. Young. Jen’s favorite part about being an orthodontic assistant is the positive impact she has on so may of our patients’ lives when creating their new smiles. Her positive and upbeat attitude makes everyone feel welcome and puts patients at ease. Jen enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband, family and friends.
Slava:  
As an orthodontic assistant he enjoys creating beautiful “Young” Smiles and the chance to better the self-esteem of our patients. Slava’s warm, gentle and caring personality keeps our patients at ease. When he’s not busy at work he spends time with his wife and dog, and is actively involved in his church.
Erika:  
As an orthodontic assistant she has been working with Dr. Young for the past six years. She enjoys all aspects of her job, the people she has had the opportunity to meet, but especially enjoys being involved in changing everyone’s smiles. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, the family dog and her family and friends.
Deb:  
As an orthodontic assistant she has been working in the field for as long as she can remember. In fact she was just learning to drive when she started her first orthodontic job. The thing Deb enjoys most about working with Dr. Young is his commitment to always introducing the very finest and cutting edge technologies to his patients. Deb’s personal claim to fame is giving birth to 4 children is less than 5 years, and when she is not at work her energy is spent home schooling her children. Deb and her husband actively participate in coaching their children’s sport teams and scouts, and enjoy camping and hiking as a family.
Donna:  
Working as an orthodontic assistant with Dr Young in previous years, Donna has returned to continue delivering quality orthodontics with her friendly, caring nature. She enjoys creating beautiful smiles and easing patients’ concerns through education and her gentle touch. She has 15+ years experience in orthodontics and looks forward to each and every relationship she builds with her patients. In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her granddaughter and her husband.

  • Dr. Warner R. Young is an Orthodontic Specialist.
    He has completed a rigorous orthodontic residency after attending dental school. Orthodontic specialists are registered specialists in the American Association of Orthodontists.
  • All options of treatment are presented.
    Patients are informed of the treatment options available so they can make secure, informed decisions.
  • Parents are informed of the treatment progress at each appointment.
    We make a conscious effort at every appointment to update you on your treatment progress. We are committed to keeping you informed and we will always make time to answer your questions.
  • We do not use recycled braces or bands that were used in someone else's mouth!
    Although a legal and common practice among other orthodontists, we never use recycled braces. We feel braces are precision devices manufactured to be in one mouth only!
  • Treatment is completed within the estimated treatment time.
    We have a very high success rate for completing treatment within the estimated treatment time. We pay close attention to the best time to initiate treatment and make sure not to start a child's treatment too early. Efficient systems are in place to help ensure that treatment is completed on schedule with the best possible results.
